Fire and security designed around your building
Every installation starts with a survey. We look at how the building is used, who's in it and when, what your fire risk assessment calls for, and where you're exposed from a security point of view. That shapes the fire alarm design, where cameras and detectors go, and how doors and access are controlled.
Because we install both fire and security, one engineer can design the whole package and make sure the systems work together, from fire alarms to BS 5839 and emergency lighting to BS 5266-1, through to CCTV, intruder alarms and access control to the relevant BS EN standards.
Everything is commissioned, certified and handed over with the paperwork your insurer, fire risk assessor or landlord will ask for. And being based in Blackburn, we're close by for the servicing and callouts that follow.

Common questions
Can you install fire and security systems together?
Yes. We install fire alarms, emergency lighting, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control, so one engineer can design and fit everything and make sure the systems work together.
How long does an installation take?
It depends on the size of the building and the systems involved. A small commercial unit or house can often be done in a day or two, while larger multi-system jobs take longer. We'll give you a timescale with your quote.
Can I view my CCTV and control my alarm from my phone?
Yes. The CCTV and intruder alarm systems we install can be set up for remote viewing and app control, so you can check cameras and set or unset the alarm from your phone.
What certificates will I get?
You'll receive the relevant design, installation and commissioning certificates for each system, along with zone plans, logbooks and handover documents for your fire risk assessor, insurer or landlord.
Do you install outside Blackburn?
Yes. We're based in Blackburn and install across Lancashire and the North West, including Preston, Burnley, Bolton and Manchester, and we take on work nationwide.
